Pleasant Valley Road in Underhill will be closed for a major bridge reconstruction project near the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and Deane Road, which is located approximately 5 miles north of the Underhill Central School. Pleasant Valley will only be open up to the bridge closure for local and business traffic only. The bridge will be completely removed and there will be no temporary crossing in place.
The closure will start on June 22nd and the bridge will remain closed into September.
Pleasant Valley Road will be open to Deane Road, from Cambridge, for local & business traffic only, no access on Pleasant Valley Road beyond the bridge closure. Irish Settlement Road will be open to local and business related traffic only. Please utilize Vermont Route 15 when traveling from Underhill to Cambridge.
