The Assessor is responsible for property appraisals, maintaining property and sales information records.

Assessor cards and sketches are available at the Underhill Town Hall during business hours.  It is recommended you contact us first to make sure someone is available.

The 2025 CLA is 75.41% (before completion of a reappraisal)
The 2025 COD is 12.34%

The 2026 Grand List has been lodged as of June 2, 2026
