In response to concerns about traffic in Underhill expressed by residents at the 2008 Town Meeting, the Selectboard has established a Traffic Committee. The Committee is charged with creating a report that contains findings regarding Town traffic problems and recommendations as to how to solve those problems to the Selectboard and Planning Commission. In addition, the Committee shall report their findings and recommendations to the public at the 2009 Town Meeting.
The Committee was established for one year, with terms ending on March 19, 2009, unless the Committee/community/Selectboard feels that there is more work to be done and they would like to continue. The first meeting will be scheduled for April 8, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall.
