Unless, otherwise noted, the Development Review Board meets every first and third Monday of the month as necessary at the Underhill Town Hall. All Development Review Board meetings and site visits are open to the public. Notice of meetings and site visits are generally posted at the Town Hall on the bulletin board, the Underhill Center and Underhill Flats post offices, and on the website calendar.
The Development Review Board reviews and issues decisions on applications for subdivisions, conditional uses/site plan review applications, variances, appeals of Zoning Administrator decisions, and revisions to approved projects.
